How self-care can change the way you look at yourself

How self-care can change the way you look at yourself

At LGLOW, we don't just give lip-service to self-care and self-love.

We live it.

We believe that true inner happiness, peace and love can be closer for all of us when we take moments out of our day to stop and show ourselves and our body that we are worthy of care and love.

Think about it. How do you feel after you have put some music on, washed your hair, used a face-mask and slathered delicious moisutriser all over your body. And then followed up with some incredible food and a book, TV or a podcast?

Pretty damn good, right?

It's not simply the time out or the acts of self-love and self-care that make you feel this way. It is the meaningful acknowlegement that you are worthy of luxury, quiet moments and spoiling. It signals that you are a significant, special, amazing person. It reminds you of your inner kindness and your strength. It helps you see yourself in the way you might see a best friend, or a lover. With rose-coloured glasses, with love, warmth and amazement.

Of course, we all love to be spoiled by others. But why is it still so strange to gift yourself meaningful gifts and moments that say - 'I love you'?

Saying 'I love you' to yourself with rituals or words or moments can fill your cup so that it can overflow into all areas of your life.

We believe in loving yourself every day, In any way that makes you feel good. Come join us as we build a community of individuals that are truly in love with themselves.
